K and I found a very tempting picture of blueberry cheesecake from the Living magazine and decided to give it a try, regarless that it was already 7pm only an hour away from bedtime..lol. K was so determined to have it done, she cracked all 4 eggs, mixed the cream cheese in it (it's pretty hard to do for 5yo fingers) and crushed the cookie crumbs. Subhannallah, she reminded Daddy to turned off the oven when the timer beeped ( I had to leave and got more cream cheese). Afterwards, we sprinkled it with frozen blueberries...yummm!! not bad for a 5 yo!!
